I love this cotton fabric. The material on the outside of the bag is a light blue leopard print cotton. The are shades of pink and yellow around the leopard spots. The inside of the bag is made out of light blue cotton.
For the size, please check the picture. I lay my products on my fabric cutting mat to show the size in inches.
